Here’s a list of the top 5 Task Manager apps for iPhone and iPad that I want to try someday. I haven’t tried all these apps personally so I’m going to be honest and feature them as my preferred task manager apps for my iPhone and iPad.

Tasks

My favorite Task Manager was Google Tasks but ever since they started killing good products I prefer non-Google products nowadays. I’m a bit old school when it comes to task management and I prefer to write them as notes on Microsoft OneNote, Evernote, and iCloud Notes.

That said, I understand that Task Manager apps are different from note-taking apps like Evernote, OneNote, etc. as they are a bit complicated if you treat it as a task manager.

So, what are the options?

If you’re looking for a perfect Task Manager for your iPhone and iPad then then I’ve shortlisted the ‘Perfect 5’ of them. Out of the following apps I’ve personally tried only the app Any.DO. Others are listed based on their popularity and iTunes reviews.
